Here are some Important information for using Fiscat ECR NEON & IPALM & SUPER.

1. Do not expose the cash register to direct sunlight, keep it in a place where there are no unusually high temperature fluctuations (below 5 °C - above +35 °C) and high humidity. Both the cash register box itself and the electronic parts can be damaged in such places.

2. Leave the cash register switched on for at least 8 hours so that the internal battery and the back-up battery can be fully charged.

3. When moving the cash register from a cold environment to a warmer one, or vice versa, do not turn on the cash register for at least 20 minutes, giving all components enough time to adjust to the new temperature.

4. Clean the cash register with a dry, soft cloth. Never use gasoline or solvents. The use of such cleaning agents may discolor or damage the surface of the cash register.

5. Do not pour any kind of liquid on the cash register or the adapter, as defects resulting therefrom are not considered warranty defects.

6. Connect the cash register with the factory adapter to a conventional mains socket.

7. The cash register is not suitable for other electrical equipment connected to the same network may cause it to be not fully functional.

8. If the cash register does not work properly, visit the nearest official dealer. Do not attempt to repair the cash register yourself! Do not open the cash register!

9. In the case of an armed cash register, breaking the seal will void the warranty.

10. Unplug the AC/DC adapter if you want to completely de-energize the equipment.

11. If an external adapter is connected to the cash register, the internal battery is charged, even when the device is switched off.

12. When printing, always wait until the printer has finished printing. Do not tear off while printing a receipt, this can damage the printer.

13. Regulations for storing printing paper: store thermal paper away from light. Keep it that way in a place where the temperature does not reach 35 °C. Thermal paper must not come into contact with PVC, with plasticizers, organic solvents or glue.

14. Use only the original AC/DC charger for electrical connection. Other types of adapters use may damage the cash register.

15. If the cash register is not used for a long time, it is recommended to use it at least 24 times per quarter clock to charge the internal battery, so the data is not get lost.

16. If the cash register is not used as described in the user manual, the official dealer is not responsible for the authenticity of the data and possible damages.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TIGHTEN THE CONNECTORS! WHEN CONNECTING AND REMOVING, PULL OUT THE CONNECTORS STRAIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE DISCONNECT BUTTON. OTHERWISE, IN THE CASE OF MECHANICAL DAMAGE THAT MAY BE CAUSED, THE CASH MACHINE WILL LOSE ITS WARRANTY! ONLY THE ORIGINAL POWER SUPPLY RECEIVED WITH THE CASH MACHINE CAN BE USED AS A POWER SUPPLY WITHOUT LOSS OF WARRANTY.
