Tips for Proper Electronic Cash Register Maintenance and Care

1.Please switch off the cash register normally before plugging in the external device (scanning gun) and power supply.

2.Check if the supply power is matched.

3.Keep the bottom smooth with non-vibrating surface.

4.Make sure the power isn’t put by the passage and customer can’t touch it.

5.Located away from direct sunlight and water sources, located in low temperature changes and less dust.

6.Keep away from strong electromagnetic fields.

7.In areas or stores with poor grid quality, regulated power supply should be equipped to provide separate power to cash registers.

8.Do not vibrate, shake or beat the cash register violently.

9.Avoid using cash registers in high or low temperature environments, and avoid exposing cash registers to strong sunlight or high humidity.

10.When cleaning cash registers, do not wipe the body with damp rags or chemicals. Such as: gasoline, thinner, etc.

11.Press the "Feed" key to run the printing paper.

12.Don’t work while the paper cover is open.

13.When the cash register failure, should immediately cut off the power, stop use. Please do not open or repair privately, should be timely contact with the service department.

14.Do not insert or remove charged parts while the machine is charging.
